Via early engagement we can assist in raising any initial concerns and work with the design team to explore options.

From the very start


Our prompt and uncomplicated advice will give you an informed view on achieving compliance.

We use technology and remote inspections techniques, so not to delay site progress.

We ask for confirmation of any remaining matters, or incomplete site actions. Raising these with the project team to ensure all items are covered.
The Final Certficate is a vital legal document that is held on property records and gives confidence that the building regulations have been met for your project.

We have achieved BS ISO 9001 for our Quality Management System. H&O retain all necessary project information for 15 years in an encrypted safe format.

Alphabeta Building (formerly known as Triton Court) is a large office development in Finsbury Square, London EC2.
The recent project saw the transformation of 220,000 sq ft of office space for creative, media and technology occupiers with an additional 22,000 sq ft of A1 retail and restaurant space on the ground/basement floors with a small extension.
